MG is an old but recently relaunched car manufacturer, originally from UK. Stix has helped the importer of MG Motors in Greece to materialise the relaunch of the brand in the Greek market and build the presence of the new network of MG dealers.

MG is an old but recently relaunched car manufacturer, originally from UK. Stix has helped the importer of MG Motors in Greece to materealise the relaunch of the brand in the Greek market and build the presence of the new network of MG dealers.

 

The new MG website, launched autumn 2023, along with the new beginning of the brand in the Greek market, was fully built by Stix, in compliance with the international design standards of the brand and with the close cooperation of the importer.

Stix not only built the website functionality but also helped with the initial content effort and is supporting this effort to-day.

Less than a year after the launch of the main website, Stix oversaw the architecture and build of the web presence of the new MG dealer network. Using modern Content Management System technologies and best practices, Stix built a multi-dealer system that not only helps each MG dealer to easily launch a fully functional and complete website very quickly but also enable personalised content so that each dealer can promote their own offers and competencies.

Stix also helped with the on-boarding of the dealers and is still supporting the system and the needs of the client. The whole system is hosted on a cloud (Azure) infrastructure, fully architected and managed by Stix.

With respect to the Volkswagen’s brand magnitude and value, Stix takes the responsibility for a continuous process of content upgrades and functionality enhancements that aim solely to an ever-improving user’s experience and ease of interaction online.  

Using data about current visitors’ needs and their behaviour leads into an easy but rich- in-information experience for them. It implements the Volkswagen Brand’s communications guidelines and safeguards the Brand within a complex legal environment. It addresses a variety of audience profiles – car owners, prospects or just window-shoppers- with information about models, sales, aftersales service and calls to action.  

Stix makes sure that the tools integrated in the website work properly for audiences both at the top of the sales funnel or for mature users, optimising website conversions and connecting the virtual world to the physical world at showrooms across the country.

When it comes to automotive, Stix has deep experience as to what customers need and how they behave. Consequently, Stix was selected to create and produce a special e-shopping experience platform for CITROËN AMI.

CITROËN AMI is a new innovative car breaking many conventions in motoring. Its potential buyers are expecting a new upgraded approach to purchase. To accommodate for the critical moment of the Brand-selection we needed to combine both emotional and rational elements in order to be successful.

Stix created and produced the new website for CITROËN AMI with two equally weighted objectives: One to give meaningful information about a new mobility solution and secondly to provide the means for someone to buy it online. Stix created a user-friendly, transparent, and safe journey for potential buyers, aiming to convince for an online purchase of a high-value product.

In a new process for purchasing a car, Stix achieved to answer both the needs of interest for the model and provided with conviction the step of selection, driving to a commercial success.

It combines WordPress and Symphony technologies to cover the website’s dual purpose. Firstly visitors’ engagement with the cruise and the on-board experience, and secondly the online booking of a cruise with available options for upselling of additional services.

The prime target audience of the Athens Day Cruise website are foreign visitors in Athens passing by for at least three days. Due to the nature of the snap visits to the city, messages need to penetrate fast. Information needs to be succinct and attractive to engage the audience. Also, the booking system must be efficient in terms of flow and feel secure at the specific moment in order to encourage the bookings completion. 

Since the website’s launch Stix has been reviewing the performance of the system and making the necessary upgrades. It has also updated the online payments integration with the latest required version for better visitors’ experience, enhanced safety, and higher conversion rates.

Stix has been proudly supporting Fuzz Productions for the Release Athens website, for more than 6 years, offering web design & development support & hosting services. Recently the website was redesigned from scratch in order to accommodate the dynamic growth of the festival.

The aim of this website redesign was to bring modernization to the forefront; and to create a more engaging content structure that would draw more customers to their special ticket offers. The key improvements included:

  1. Stronger visual signposting with the use of decorative hero banners and descriptive H1 headings.
  2. Redesign the homepage and other modules across the site for better usability and conversion.
  3. Creating a more impactful design that instantly connect customers to the festival experience

It creates content for the website, introduces new functionalities and creates and produces successful online marketing campaigns.

It creates content for the website, introduces new functionalities and creates and produces successful online marketing campaigns.

 

The new, redesigned website was created and produced based on the strategy to aggregate all commercial activities of the Brand at one sales point online. The website combines new car sales for Volkswagen, Audi, and Skoda, used cars sales, after sales and other services. The business performance has been enforced by digital campaigns that Stix creates and produces for Karenta.

These online marketing campaigns range from the promotion of models to added-value services for existing or new clientele. 

A very successful campaign for Aftersales, for example, was created with the objective to increase bookings for Service by Volkswagen car owners. Designed to attract owners’ attention emotionally while rewarding them with a strong discount, the campaign encouraged prospects to react. This resulted in very high CTR levels and, most importantly, a  substantial number of incremental bookings for Service, while the campaign’s creative
re enforced the leading KARENTA Brand image.

Another meaningful campaign that Stix created and produced for KARENTA is the campaign for KARENTA Leasing. Stix added value to a competitive marketing program based on the ‘one-stop-shop’ advantage, i.e. leasing a car at KARENTA covering both pre-sale and after-sales needs. At Stix we think that good creative starts from a valid data-driven insight, which is discovered and used to form the message.

The online ads used graphic elements and a teasing headline. It managed to attract viewers’ attention and conveyed the program’s benefit sharply. It led viewers to the campaign’s landing page and achieved a substantial number of conversions. It also supported the Brand’s leading image in this service also.
